Whole Free Range Pekin Duck

These ducks live in small flocks of two hundred in the heart of mid-Devon. They forage on grasses and herbs across Sladesdown Farms Devon pastures.

We believe a natural habitat and diet makes these ducks taste even better. They are then hung for a week to develop their flavour and texture. Sladesdown's Peking ducks are grown for double the age of other ducks for size and flavour.

They have masses of access to grassy pastures during the day and a barn with straw bedding to spend the evening.

Slow grown to maturity. Dry plucked and 7 days game hung to intensify their beautiful flavour.
